Family and Friends

1. Object and Scope

This document applies to all persons attending the FIFG FootGolf World Cup 2026 as family members, friends, companions, guests, spectators, or any person not participating as an official player (hereinafter, the "Attendee"). Acceptance of this document is mandatory and is deemed granted by entering, remaining in, or moving within any of the official venues, common areas, field of play, surrounding zones, related transfers, or activities linked directly or indirectly to the event.

 

2. Status of the Attendee

The Attendee expressly acknowledges that:

• They are not a player, caddie, official, staff, or authorized personnel.

• They have no sporting, operational, administrative, or decision-making functions.

• Their presence is strictly voluntary and at their own risk.

 

3. Acceptance of Regulations, Authorities, and Conduct

The Attendee agrees to respect sporting regulations, internal guidelines, and event authorities, maintaining conduct that does not affect the image of the event, the Organizing Committee, or the FIFG.

 

4. Access to the Field and Restricted Areas

Entering the field of play, fairways, greens, tees, or restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate expulsion and sanctions for the player or country supported.

 

5. Prohibition of Interference

The Attendee commits not to interfere with the competition, players, operation, or media development of the World Cup.

 

6. Photographs, Videos, and Use of Material

The Attendee may only take photographs and videos from authorized zones. It is strictly prohibited:

• The commercial, promotional, or lucrative use of the material.

• Recording within the field of play, specifically in zones not permitted for attendees. Failure to comply entitles the organization to remove the Attendee, impose fines, and request the immediate deletion of the material.

 

7. Transportation, Transfers, and Stay All travel and transportation (to/from Acapulco and local transfers) are the sole responsibility of the Attendee. The organization is released from liability for any accident, loss, or damage during travel.

 

8. Health, Illness, and Risks

Any illness, injury, or physical/emotional condition occurring before, during, or after the event is the exclusive responsibility of the Attendee.

 

9. Medical Care and Emergencies

The Attendee authorizes the organization to manage urgent medical care, acknowledging that all costs shall be borne by the Attendee.

 

10. Limitation and Release of Liability

The Attendee voluntarily and irrevocably releases from all liability:

• FIFG and the Organizing Committee.

• The Mexican FootGolf Federation.

• Venues, sponsors, and related entities.

• Companies responsible for audio and video services.

• For any material, physical, emotional, moral, or financial damage occurring during their stay.

 

11. Sanctions

Non-compliance may lead to immediate expulsion and financial fines, without the right to a refund.

 

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Acapulco, Guerrero. And or Mexico City, Mexico.
